Introduction to T-S Building and Renovation business uniquely pursues all types of construction from picking your land to fulfilling your dreams.
My name is Tim Shantz and over the many years of gaining experience I have realized I can’t just focus on one aspect of construction. For that reason we specialize in starting a project from the ground up to fine detained finishing within the building. My crew and I want to make your dream house, cottage, kitchen, basement, or bathroom. You name it and we will come together and make it happen. You have an idea and we implement it! For an example we have the means in place for a complete 3D presentation and full drawings. Our goal is to complete your project that fulfills your expectations and beyond.
